I need anyone who has AOL to reply in here. We are experiencing some errors with AOL users, and we need to try and resolve them, and I'm going to need your help to do this since I don't use AOL.

*sniff sniff*

This smells like a trap.

Please tell us what the problems you re getting are. We can't help you if you don't explain it. Also, if you can, copy and paste the errors in here.

Everytime I post or change screens within the board always get..."AN ERROR HAS OCCURED WHILE RUNNING SCRIPTS ON THIS PAGE.....CONTINUE?" then the usual yes or know box. but a lot of times it locks up while doing that.

I normally go online through AOL, but I use Internet Explorer to browse. If I open any topics in AOL instead of IE, I get this error message...

"An error has occured in the script of this page.

Line : 436
Char : 1
Expected : '}'
Code : 0
Url : <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.cdih.net/cgi-bin....w">http://www.cdih.net/cgi-bin....w</a><!-- m -->"

Yup, and if the page has more posts on it, then the error is the same accept the line is farther down, and less posts like when i opened it when you firt posted then the line was 319.

- Danked - 04-01-2002

Happened again. Said the same stuff except this time it was "Line : 550"

Don't know if that helps, but that's really the only error I'm getting.

- Brokenjaw - 04-01-2002

I also get one when i hit add reply from th quick post option.

- Maynard - 04-01-2002

OK, there are Javascripts running, and one of them is getting the error. If you guys can, take a look in the options, because there should be something that lets you shut off JavaScrpit errors from popping up.

I will try and work on this more tonight from home if you guys can't figure it out first.

We are of course, working to stop the error from occouring.

- Arpikarhu - 04-01-2002

aol is for weenies

- Maynard - 04-01-2002

Arpi, it's really about time you choked on all that semen you keep swallowing.

- Danked - 04-01-2002

But he's right. I'm a weenie.

Shhhhh......don't tell him that.

- HedCold - 04-01-2002

when i was home using aol i keep getting errors that closed out aol. i dont remember the error though so the whole point of me mentioning this is useless

- McBourbon - 04-02-2002

Same problems here.......as much as I despise having to talk to you to report them. Please fix them so Arpi swallows and chokes.

- PollyannaFlower46 - 04-02-2002

I use AOL at home and have never gotten one of those errors. The only errors I get at home are the CGI ones, which everyone else gets.

- Keyser Soze - 04-02-2002

Attention AOL users. Kill yourselves.

- McBourbon - 04-02-2002

Attention Keyser.....show us how first.
