Sleepers
Ca - Craig Wilson - 25 homers .275, but probably only 70 RBI/Runs. Not bad for someone you can pick up for free right now
1B - Adam Dunn. THIS is the year. .260 40 homers 20 steals
2B - Brian Roberts - Leading off in that lineup? .300 average, 30+ steals, 100+ runs
3B - Eric Hinske. Batting second in Toronto. 20/20 with 100 runs and a +.300 BA
SS - Alex Cintron (Matsui and Reyes don't count as sleepers). Batting 5th. Should hit 20 homers with .300 avg and 80+ RBI
LF: Pat Burrell: You don't just forget how to hit in one year. Unless he's hiding a Vin Paxil Poppin Chub Chub like drug-habit, he'll come back and batting 4th. Back to .280 40 homers 100 RBI
CF: Tike Redman - This year's Alex Sanchez but with more power .280 50 steals
RF: Austin Kearns - Tiny ballpark, was doing amazing until he tried to play through a nagging injury, then got shut down .300 30 100
SP: Eric Milton, Wade Miller, Lowe, Ben Sheets, Affedlt, F Garcia, Peavy, Contreras, Jose Lima
RP: Nathan, Julio, Riske, Chacon

Biggest Declines
Ca: Javy Lopez - not a risky call here
1B: Bagwell - Not really any glaring examples of guys here, but he's been in a consistent slide for the last five years
2B: Todd Walker - Not a coincidence that he plays for a different team every year. He's not that good.
3B: Bill Mueller - Too many other solid 3B to waste a pick on a guy who had year that dwarfed any other of his career.
SS: Rafael Furcal - had 2 homers after the break, and will runs will be severely cut down without Sheffield and Javy's career years.
LF: Jose Guillen - Another career year guy, aided heavily by Cincinatti's ballpark. Didn't do anything after getting traded.
CF: Preston Wilson - won't run with bad knees, other nagging injuries, weaker hitters batting ahead of him will cost him 30 RBI
RF: Sheffield - Will still be good, but more along the lines of .300 25 homers like he was before last year. Yankee stadium actually isn't a great ballpark powerwise for right handers, and say goodbye to the 20+ steals
SP: Dontrelle Willis, Roy Halladay (not "bad" but 500 innings in last two years, and tough division), Nomo, Loiaza, Pettite, Russ Ortiz, Lawrence
RP: Danny Graves. Will lose his job by the All-Star break, probably sooner; ditto Rocky Biddle. Percival has a degenerative hip condition.

Other guys who should improve: B Giles, Tejada, M Cabrerra, David Ortiz, Vidro, Milton Bradley, Giambi, Teixeira
Other guys I hate this year: Podsednick, Mike Sweeny, JD Drew, Encarnacion, Nixon, Payton, Glaus, Junior Spivey

That should be enough for fantasy (and yes I know you already did your draft)

This will be the year that we see a Red Sox / Cubs World Series

Yankees, Sox, Royals, Mariners
Cubs, Astrox, Phillies, Padres

Cubs beat Sox

I disagree on Sweeney, I think he'll have a much better season this year.
