ok so i recently installed spyware doctor and i think i may have deleted something i needed...cause now i cant view pages to check my webmail for school or online banking.... help me... what can i do?

you probably need to reinstall your web browser. IE. OR...you can try Mozilla, at mozilla.com to install firefox..and that will do the job until or even replace, Internet Explorer.

so i did, i dled firefox
.. and when i try to navigate to a page with firefox, i get a pop up that says "the was connection refused when trying to connect to oscar.gatech.edu" same thing with my school email and wachovia......
