Ok, so are the referees confiscating everybody's Bud Light and replacing it with Miller, so that they can drink the Bud Light themselves?

That question has been answered in a round of bud light ads were refs come out and do that exact thing. You should be in advertising.

I'm torn, though. I prefer Bud Light to Miller, but, the Bud Light ads make the refs look like slapsticky foold who have no plan of escape, while the Miller ads make them look like suave, slick mother fuckers who know what they got to do to get that tasty Bud Light. So, I dunno if I should maintain the support for Bud, or should I give Miller a second chance.
