not the exercise but the food yeah, I dont use it anymore though cause I basically eat the same stuff everyday or at least similar. But fitday was a great help in making me realize, while I was doing well I needed a lot ot tweaking to get the proper percentages of proteins and carbs, cause I wasnt getting near enough protein.
