However, just a few years ago I went to Buffalo to visit a friend and while having a quick meal late on a Friday afternoon the young, and fairly hot waitress, wanted to know if we two guys were going to hit the bars trying to pick up broads. It seemed an odd (dated) expression then and is just as weird today. Must be a western NY thing.   | ||||
