If someone likes something going on during the show, they'll start a thread for it just like they always have. If you try to force it like this, it means nothing. I refuse to stroke their egos just because they said something bad about the board. Let them earn our appreciation by giving us something to appreciate.

I thought it was simply amazing radio when they pretended that Mayor Menino was listening. Quite possibly the best bit ever on radio. Orson Welles would have been jealous.
