Still funny at times but his consistency has declined sharply over the past 5 years. His show has become far too personal. I for one, am not interested in hearing him talk about his new girlfriend, his horrible tv shows or his ex wife for 3 out of 4 hours a day. The funniest part of the Stern show is Artie. Most likely the gag order was a hand shake agreement………an understanding. The new high command at Infinity/CBS/Viacom may not be willing to enforce it in this shrinking Ad market…..they may see some radio friction as good for business. If push came to shove and it was revealed to the media that bHoward tried to repress and censor…..it won’t be O&A that loses fans. Stern is a news maker…even reporters refer to him in stories by his 1st name. It just isn’t right that O&A can’t talk about him……since he gave Anthony 2+ years of legal aggravation through Dominic …it’s only fair they return the courtesy.
