From what I heard of today's show, the O&A show is perhaps the only thing staying at WNEW (besides Pete the engineer and Black Earl). Don spouting crap about having a guaranteed spot on WNEW as long as there is a certain man with 'the corner office' is garbage because if Ken gets enough pressure, he'll totally dump D&M. Oh I'm SURE he'll sacrifice his job just to make sure D&M stay on WNEW. Besides, Opie hinted that Ken might get the boot at WNEW. I'm from DC and I hate D&M (there's a number of DC people that have gotten sick of D&M over the years) and I can't wait for them to leave radio FOREVER. That might not be happening anytime soon (unless *pleasegod* Don's kidney fails), but failing in the biggest market in the country is not a sign of any 'big things' in store for D&M. BTW, the tool being given the WNEW tour by Ken was someone named 'Tim Bigby (sp?)'. "Cheering for Hogan is letting the terrorists win." | ||||
