| Psychopath Registered: Dec. 00 | Jaydee, while not everyone on this board knows all the deals to the ratings book 1 thing should be known: all the O&A listeners UNDERSTAND that when O&A mention being #1 in a ratings book they are referring to a specific male demographic, exluding the old timers. They make that clear each AND EVERY time they mention ratings. So if you were under the assumption that they didn't make this OBVIOUS to the listeners, then I would understand your desire to mention the TRUTH to the ratings. But O&A make this clear to all of us listeners. We do understand this. So in the future, do your homework first before going to a message board or calling into a show. Don't be afraid to ask questions. It will make you look much better in the eyes of your peers. I for one would not want someone like yourself on any of my stations.  | ||||

Its no secrect that the shows had a mini on air air war and probally a major behind the scenes bitch fest. O and A have a great show. They have only been on for 6 months and thier following is growing at an awesome rate. As for D and M ratings in DC, You cant argue that they were very strong. New York is another story. Its my opinion that the on air comments did hurt the D and M rating there. O and A say that they dont have that kind of power to make people hate a show, but lets be real, they do. When people like a show as passionatly as people in NY like O and A, they will choose sides reguardless. I for one like the new way of doing things which is Dont ask/Dont tell. Do your show and they will do thiers. In the end I hope this will prove to be more proffitable and enjoyable for both shows. Too da Loo ass---you're still a DA  | ||||
