| Hanger-On Registered: Jun. 02  | let me make myself clear about this situation for those of you bashing me and for those of you who care to read: i do not disagree with getting rid of patty. i understand the fact she had to go. she was too obsessed and clingy. sleeping in the station went too far. if she got hurt she could sue the stations for millions if she wanted to. the situation was uncomfortable and something had to be done. she had to leave for good and do something else with her life.... what i disagree with is how o&a handled the situation. im not saying they should have said "hey patty we love you but please leave". but what they ended up doing was sick. making her walk the streets bald, hearing her screams while they ripped off the wig, listening to rick and steve degrade her was not funny or amusing, it was sad and disturbing. anthony ringing the bell was pointless cause he did enough damage. i dont care how clingy or pathetic or boring she might have been, she didnt deserve that. and at least it should have been done off the air. do it after the show and then mention it the next day. repeating it at 5 today was unecessary as well. post the sound clips on foundry music and whoever gets off on hearing a women scream and cry would be able to go and download while the rest of us can laugh at anthonys tyson jokes. :mad: oh and norton gains my respect This message was edited by sports902 on 6-4-02 @ 11:36 PM | ||||
