My weapon of choice is Outlook Express, but in order to use it, you need to know what your news server is (from your ISP). Optimum Online users: it is news.optonline.net or news-server.optonline.net - have a blast, folks. Oh, and since this is a newsgroup, no registration is required.... hell you don't even need a valid name or email address. New AIM, y'know. | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 02 | The one advantage of Google is that your posts aren't traceable back to your computer (if I'm not mistaken -- unless Google's server tacks your IP on there). A few are threatening to "do something" to the addresses they extract from the posts. I'm really curious as to what they think they could do other than a DOS? *Edit: Oh, and the other thing I wanted to say was that the only way for this to be effective is to make it long term. If people get bored after a week or two then they win. Wouldn't it be cool if there was a way to forward a message to that group directly from this board?
