The thing with almost driving off the road. I kinda did that once I was on Sunrise Highway near the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa when the first time Frank Caliendo came on the air back in JAN. I was in the left lane laughing my ass off & the next thing I knew I was in the right lane near the shoulder & came about a foot from hitting a parked car.

"You guys almost got me fired" is the one I can't stand at all. What retard is listening to the show and thinking these calls are real?

Fuck retard "I just or I almost..." callers. Fuck Louis. Fuck Anthony the caller. Fuck them all!!!!!

However it is very hard to do a workout set while I listen to O&A. I have never let a weight fall but I have had to stop and regroup quite often.

I know: "My boss was walking by and he heard..." well then wouldn't he hear you talking on the phone or on the radio? DUH!
And what about the tools who say, "I just made a map of Hawaii on my windhield" and think they're the first to come up with that line?

It is funny the way a thought crosses your mind listening to the show then when you check the message board someone else has posted your exact feelings.

I hate those callers that say "I almost ran off the road" or "I almost hit a tree". 99.9% of them are just exaggerating.

It was pretty funny when Frank Caliendo was on the other day. Somebody called in and Frank said right away, "Is this one of those drivers that is driving off the road?" Immediately pointing out how redundant and stupid these calls are.

Well, reading your posts has been funnier then most of the calls. I LITERALLY spit on my screen when I read some of them. So I can attest it is possible to spit from laughing.

I can't stand listening to the callers anymore. Why can't they just tell their fucken story and move on.

They do this because of many reasons. The guys sat it's an interactive show. i.e. - Msg Board, Phone In's, Instant Feedback, etc. They all think they are the next O&A or Dan from Hoboken (hehe).

And what I want to know is...

What the fuck is an abutment???

No actually I think he meant abutment. See #4

a·but·ment [ bútmnt ] (plural a·but·ments) noun

1. adjacency: the immediate adjacency of two objects or pieces of land

2. meeting point: the point at which two things abut

3. making things abut: the positioning of two things so that they abut

4. support structure: a structure that supports the end of a bridge or dam, or that bears the thrust of an arch or vault

You ever been driving and they say something really outrageous so you look at the radio in horror? I did that and actually almost crashed. I jerked the wheel and went into the other lane. It was like I was spastic. So it can happen, but that was once in 3years. Just fyi.
