O&A Board Veteran Registered: Oct. 00	I understand what you mean, but if I were to say, call my sister a lying stupid cunt bitch on the radio, I would expect some sort of backlash. A person wouldn't tell the entire NYC area that his or her grandmother is a bitch just for conversation. Especially in an environment like the O and A show. I know what it's like to have a bitch of a relative, and I would care less if someone took a picture of them on the crapper. Either opie said what he did out of pure anger, or he was doing it to improve his image as a psycho. I think it was the first one as he doesn't sell out like that. See My Sig Pics! O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	When someone says something personal about their family, I don't keep talking about it is all. I let them have their say and then I change the subject. I don't feel its my place to bash someone's family member just because they did. Like I said, it's that person's right. I don't feel like it is then my right just because they mentioned it. Calling Opie Precious is one thing, putting up pics of his grandmother's lost gravesite just seems a little inappropriate. You could have left it alone is all. It just seems to me you and the other guys who like to put together sig pics seem to forget Opie and Anthony are people. Maybe Opie brought it up again just cuz he was having a conversation with Anthony. Not cuz he wanted someone to hear it and run with it. I just like to keep you grounded every so often. Didn't mean to make this a whole discussion.

O&A Board Veteran Registered: Oct. 00	Rog, I don't wanna escalate this, but I would never post a pic of something that was private, but this is the show that has pushed nearly every boundry. Whenever they tool on someone's troubles, people always call in and say "How could you make fun of _______," and they hate it. I think we all know where the "What happened?" quote came from. The mere fact that they constantly tool on his grandmother's last words gives you an indication of the flexibility opie has with this. With the same reasoning, there shouldn't be people with the SN 'Nana's precious' or people should stop calling opie precious See My Sig Pics! Opie has always been rough on Nana (referring to the story of Opie hating her guts...which he mentioned many a time...about last year this time in fact). On the other hand, the line is clear when it comes to personal stuff about the boys family. Since it's a set bit, and I remember it pretty well, I don't think it treads across the line. But let it serve as a warning to all, cuz there is a line. Roger brings up a good point. Oh a false clock tries to tick out my time - To disgrace, distract, and bother me. And the dirt of gossip blows into my face, And the dust of rumors covers me. But if the arrow is straight - And the point is slick, It can pierce through dust no matter how thick. So I'll make my stand And remain as I am And bid farewell and not give a damn.
