| Psychopath Registered: May. 00 | O&A should leave that hell-hole WNEW and move on to another radio station in NY. In 3 years at WNEW, O&A has never recieved any respect. WNEW's promotion department can't even come up with a good prize for their listeners. They should not work for any CBS/Infinity owned station like WFAN etc. So, what I think is that O&A may move to the AM dial, possibly WABC(770) or Radio Disney(1560), or even WWOR(710). Wherever they go it better be better than WNEW. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Personally, I think the best option for O&A is afternoons on KROCK. This way they get syndicated. Go back to the time slot 2-7 and they play some music during the show. Being on Stern's station and working for the Abercrombie and Fitch midget, they get better guests, and get musical guests without KRock trying to destroy their show. The only bad thing is they will not get to say what they want about Howard and Infinity, which I really want to know. It makes the most sense because if Howard can stop being a prick, he can promote them. Also you would have the number 1 morning show in NY and the number 1 afternoon show in NY on the same channel. Makes Krock that much better. You can also syndicate them on Howard's stations across the country. I know we all hate him, but just think about. He is in over 45 markets across the country. Everyone knows his name and has listened to him. Why try to compete with that. A perfect example would be wrestling. You have the WWF (Howard Stern, except WWF is still interesting) as the one who has been there the longest, most well known, and than you have ECW (O&A), the new kids on the block, the hipper and the more extreme. ECW closed up shop, but the WWF took them over and became hipper and more extreme to the fans with their attitude change a couple of years ago. What I am saying here, is that NY they would do well against Howard but across the country I am afraid Howard would kill them. WNEW is a complete waste of a station.
