O & A resigned with Infinity . they didn't sign else where so according to infinity he was & is still fired.

that would be my take on it.

don't get me wrong i would love 2 have him back on the show but Infinity fired him & when that happens u don't usually go back 2 them

I loved psycho mark on the show, but I think I treasure his contribution to the show more now than when he was still there. Having him call up to defend himself or make a point, or to give an update on fawx, is just priceless.

I miss Mark too, he is a funny guy, but Spider might be right, he is funnier now that he is only stopping by/calling on occasion.

Mark is better for the show WITHOUT a paycheck from WNEW. He's completely freelance and CAN NOT BE CONTROLLED by WNEW. They have no control over him at all. So when he does show up, he can do ANYTHING he wants without getting in trouble.

Ummm....Sure he can. Infinity can control anything about what is broadcasted over the airwaves and in their buildings. If he does anything they don't like, they can take it up with O+A or get him banned from the airwaves (or arrested if it's an ongoing problem). It would take something extreme to get them to do that, but the possibillity of him getting in trouble is still there, regardless of whether he gets a paycheck or not.

PS The guy was great, but come on. For those who don't see the reason behind his firing, go into your bosses office and get caught banging a girl in the ass and see what happens.
