| Hanger-On Registered: Jun. 01  | Well, I just heard that this fine show is coming our way to Dallas-Fort Worth. 105.3 FM Talk has booted Loveline to make room for Opie & Anthony. So basically, I would just like to know what us Texans should be expecting from these guys, and what their attitude toward this state has been up to this point. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Nov. 00 | Check out Foundrymusic.com and download some of their bits. Basically they are two regular guys who run a show call "gonzo style". Ant does great impressions and is funny, and Opie is the radio guy who happens to be a little bit psycho. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | First of all, Welcome Dallas! As others have said, strap in for the ride of your life. Allow me to try and explain Texas style. These boys are funnier than a couple of homos trying to wrestle a longhorn. They will be the biggest shock to hit Dallas since back in November of 63. The biggest game in town will no longer be the Cowboys, but will be replaced with, "What's in the Cowboy Cheerleaders Pants". Things will be gushing again around Texas, but it won't be oil wells. And the saying the eyes of Texas are upon you will be changed to the eyes of Texas are upon boobies on Whip em' Out Wednesday. So hopefully you will enjoy and we are glad to have you hanging with us. | Hanger-On Registered: Nov. 00 | Hey I forgot to mention-OA already have some competition in the Dallas area-Kramer and Twitch. It's been a couple of years since I've listened to them, so I don't know if they're still as funny as they used to be. Oh and you're right-You'll be getting a lot more of us rednecks on the board before the summer's over. And there are SO many Asians in Seattle. Back in Texas there were like none, just mexicans and blacks. I don't know about Asians from Seattle coming here, I haven't heard of OA being broadcast in Seattle. Like I said, I'll have to pick it up over the summer when I go back to Texas. Besides, do we really need Asians here?
