Mark was an out-of-work NOBODY who called into the show claiming he would do ANYTHING to get in the show. Finally, because of his pesistance, O&A had him deliver that bucket of chicken to the 350lb fat guy in the hospital. So, Mark got the job of Show Asshole for being willing to do anything no matter what the consequences and the majority of the audience loved him for it. Then, he gets fired for INEVITABLY going to far. Fine. So he lands a job at Fox&Friends. Does he really believe he could have gotten that job without O&A and all the technical production training he got at WNEW?!? Royalties for bits?!? He should be on his knees everyday thanking O&A for the golden opportunity and two (TWO!!) great jobs he got because they gave him a chance. All I can say is "Nice head, deek!" O & A though, may not give two shits what Mark, or anyone else does to 'NEW as long it doesn't directly effect them. I personally never liked Mark anyhow. I was glad to see him go. Not because he lost his livelyhood, but because O & A never needed him to begin with. I think he took away from the show more than he added to it. He was only funny when O & A had him jumping through hoops, i.e. the Michael Hobranko incident. Being a loud-mouthed retard doesn't always equal funny, and in Mark's case, it certainly didn't. But, I have met Mark a few times and I know many of you hung out with him a lot and liked him. My question is just this: aren't people being awfully quick to shred the guy? I mean, even if you think he's making a bad move, if you liked him and thought he's a good guy before doesn't he get any benefit of the doubt? Does he deserve to be turned on so thoroughly? Maybe he does, maybe not. Just waht I was thinking while I read the thread.  Because Dude, it's time. | ||||

He doesn't give a fuck about consequences; he never has. That's why he'll go through with this lawsuit and kill any chances of getting back on the O&A show. - WNEW is not the first radio gig he's been fired from. Someone make a call up to WBCN in Boston, and ask about his history there. - The fact is, Mark is so delusional about his role in that little organization that he thinks this will work to his benefit. - Can anyone say "Jackie Martling"?...No, fuck that.. can you say "Kenneth Keith Kallenbach" ? | Psychopath Registered: Mar. 01 | Alright...I must say that it's not a great move by Mark to sue Infinity, but I'm really bothered by the fact that it seems like almost all of you are crucifying Mark for suing, yet most of you thought he shouldn't have been fired in the first place...Mark's been nothing but great to me, so I'll still support him...O&A'll get over it (and honestly Op sounded much more pissed than Ant)... Mind you, I am completely agreeing that the suit is kinda dumb, but who cares? That's between him & Infinity...hopefully this will all blow over soon and things will get back to their normal twisted harmonies... It's not funny, my ass is on fire... | ||||
