i learned today that there is alot of blame put on israel for what happened yesterday. israel NEVER asked for us interference. the us under bush sr. sent troops into israel, and told the israelis not to return fire to the iraqi missles. until 90-91, israel fought all it's wars by themselves with no outside help, and WON.
i also learned that people are saying that israel has never witnessed a disaster like what new york witnessed. this is true to some extent, however, there have never been 50,000 people in one place at one time in israel, ever, olike there were at the wtc. however, they can feel the pain of everyone in the us, more then any other country. to the jews losing 20 people at one time, in one attack, is the same as losing 10,000 people. it hurts the same. we feel the pain like everyone else.

METS IN 2002!!

thanks FN MORON...you know why

Don't forget about all the money that the US has given Israel, not to mention all the weapons, aircraft, and training provided by the US.

I can certainly believe that...

I'm not exactly sure how I feel about Israel right now...My boss's brother lives there, and has been cowering in his home since the day of the disaster, because he said that there are people on the streets of Israel celebrating, just the way we saw in Pakistan. He was born here, grew up here, and simply took a well paying job there, after visiting on a study abroad program, and meeting a woman. He doesn't agree with what is going on in the street, but if he condems it, he will be shot. So, what does he do? What do we do?
He said that we don't see it on the news, because everyone has threatened the media, saying they will kill anyone who gives word of this celebration to the US.
We have supported Israel. What do we do now?
