As some of you are already aware, ChuckRadio has been broadcasting for longer than a lot of you have been members of the board. Well, it's actually been almost a year. In just a few weeks, August 8th to be exact, ChuckRadio's odometer rolls over to the big 01.

Let me be the first to say: "Congratulations to ChuckRadio"...let's hope he stays up for many years to come.

We're considing a ChuckRadio Birthday Party. Anyone interested? Any sugestions? Post 'em here or e-mail me.

Ah yes, I remember finding Chuck rather soon after I joined the board in late August. I think I had a conversation with him early on, and he told me he didn't really listen to the show all that much, but decided to throw up a SU feed anyway. Furthermore, for those of you who cry that you can't hear the chick, or Ron and Fez, Chuck's broadcast for some time was just O&A. That's all you got and there was no whining about it. Syndication Underground has come a long way since ChuckRadio began, but as he comes up on the one year anniversary, I must say thank you. Thanks for the many laughs you've provided over the year, and the new and different songs you've played during the commercials. Just don't miss the live reads! Thanks again.

Okay, it's time for seriousness. If you've ever heard the O&A show via SU, ChuckRadio turns one tommorrow. I behoove all of the listeners who have ever listened to one broadcast of the O&A show through him, to myself and others, who have listened over the past year, to politely call the show near three o'clock tommorrow and request to be put on the air and give a one year anniversary congrats out to the man who has given us joy for so long. He deserves it, and even though we all congratulate him in our hearts, it is time to get a one year "shout out" or "big up" to him over the airwaves on the numerous cities that the show is broadcast on. I have depended on this man for many months, and if it wasn't for SU I wouldn't be able to do my O&A show recap. Happy birthday, ChuckRadio, and may you, unlike nice guys, never finish last.

Hi Chuck
Do you stream "Opie and Anthony" from your link at www.live365?
I went and listened to your stream and all I heard was music, pretty good music, but there was no O & A.
Is there a special time O & A is replayed?
Thanks for any info and congatulations on turning one!
Tom

The link/feed you found is another feed I'm running with Original music and stuff on it -- if you look farther down in the SU Forum you'll see another post with an address in it for the O&A feed...

http://www.edgarm.com and http://www.edgarmusic.com for info on Edgar... one of the artists featured on that other feed..

Thanx
Chuck

Just wanted to say congrats to Chuck for the one year he has been running. Before I began running my feed I was listening to Chuckradio at my previous job and got alot of my co-workers into O&A. It was pretty funny...most of the people there would tune in at 3 and turn the volume really low so the bosses would not freak out when they passed by. It was funny to hear the whole place laugh whenever something funny was going on. So to Chuck, thanks for the great job and showing many of us about SU!

You listen to me! While I will admit to a certain cynicism, the fact is I am a nay-sayer and a hatchet man in the fight against violence! I pride myself in taking a punch and I'll gladly take another because I choose to live my life in the company of Gandhi and King! My concerns are global. I reject absolutely revenge, aggression, and retaliation. The foundation of such a method...is love. I love you, Sheriff Truman.

Big ups to Chuck Radio. Keeping me awake during work. Sucks that you have to listen underground when you work in the Village but Chuck makes it happen!

Thank God for Chuck Radio. I've been listening to the show in Jersey since the beginning, but had to move to a shithole town in CT just out of wnew range, and if it wasn't for chuck radio, I would have had to slaughter many of the f-tards that live here
