I say let them drive around and be deeks - if you notice, cops tend to pull these jerkoffs over on the expressway and on the Blvd. all the time (especially on the weekend) so screw them. If it becomes a situation where they are directly infinging upon your space and sanity (like a punk-ass neighbor or something) then get upset and take action. To be angry at the general populace isn't practical. If you really wanna be pissed, just drive over the Goethals Bridge on a hot Sunday afternoon and check out all the shit that comes out of those smokestacks in Jersey - and evantually ends up in the air over the island. THATS somehing really to give an FU to! They don't call Staten Island "cancer alley" for shits and giggles you know.  MDLax84 has decided to earn his degree in Goatweed University.
