Hmmm, let me try and answer this as logicly as possible....You see, we do give newbies a chance. In fact, we have absolutely no problem with newbies. Its just a few of them that give the rest a bad name. Too often, new members come in without learning anything about the board's rules. etiquite, and customs, and they post innane, pointless topics, and expect us to owe them something. I'm sorry, but someone can't come in here and automaticly have the respect of the board. Respect is something you have to EARN by posting appropriately, and by adding to the allure of the board. Yes, newbies do usually get tooled on. However, alot of it is from dicks who have been here a very short time as well, and who think they have the right to tell people what to do and how to behave.

Since this is your first post, and, it would seem, you probably didn't bother to learn about the board, I'll be nice and give you some advice: Lay low for a while. Don't post much after first joining; keep your posting to responses, only when it seems appropriate. Instead, lurk on the board, and watch what other people do, how they act, and how people react to them. Before long, you will realize who the well-respected members are, and you will hopefully learn their ways. Then, and only then, should you begin to really post. Try your best to fit in with our ways, and practices. I am not saying that you should lose your personality. Just try to find a balence between what you want to do and what the moderators and board vets expect you to do.

If you take the time to do this, and assimilate yourself as a well-standing member of the board, I can guarentee that we will give you a chance, and you probably won't get tooled on very much at all. Good luck.

Milo, anyone who starts with a first post like this has most likely been here before, f'ed up, got a nasty status, went away for a while, and is now back with a new name.

Of course, the first time he/she REALLY f'es up, the mods will probably check his IP and see if he's been here before and let everyone know.

Just ask Tenbatsuzen, aka ...........
