Cube was amazing with NWA and as a solo artist. Granted Dre bought all these great artists to the forefront like snoop, cube, easy e, and eminem so he deserves a lot of credit. You also can not forget the originators such as RUN DMC, Kurtis Blow, LL Cool J, Sugar Hill Gang, Salt N Pepa.

DMC and Salt N Pepa truned me onto rap in the late 80's Songs like my adidas, my mic is nice and LL cool j's i need a beat were some of my first intro's into rap.
