The ceiling is still leaking after 3 attempts by you to fix it over the past 5 years. You fucked me out of a half months rent because I didn't move in fast enough. And now you want to kick me out so your spoiled fuckin brat son can have a place to WORK OUT????? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME???? It's bad enough I have to deal with your wife running the little beauty salon in the hallway leading to my apartment, and have to deal with rapid fire Italian and the stench of perm solution every Saturday morning, or I have to deal with rotten little kids running around the house at undgodly hours when I am trying to sleep. Now I have to go thru the BS of looking for a new place so your son can lift weights??!?!?!?Thanx a lot for totally rooooning what was a very good day, you money grubbing douchebag mudwhistle licking assface who takes so long to fix shit I end up having to do it myself. BTW if anyone knows anyone who has an apartment for rent in the Bronx, single BR in the $600-700 range AIM me or E-mail me. Perhaps now you can look for something away from brats and perm solution. Moving is a big expense, and I feel for you there. But, in the end, you may end up with a place you love! Good luck on your search, and I hope this becomes more of a blessing than a curse.
