FU to this suck ass cable company. Last night was the last draw and I am now going back to DSS. I went to order Wreslte Mania but it never came on. After trying for 2 hours to get through the customer service rep who is SUPOSED TO HELP THE CUSTOMER, was rude and very unprofesional. She told me something was wrong and she could not get it turned on. Fine, shit happens, I wasnt bent until she went on to tell me that I still had to pay for it and I would have to watch the replay at 12:00.

Come to find out you guys screwed up and no one was able to watch it live. So instead of losing all the money you try forcing us to pay for the replay. I wrote a letter to the WWF telling them about this out rage and I hope to god some how you get screwed by them.
