A big FU to my sons little league coach. All three them let their kids play 1st. 2nd, 3rd, or pitcher and never sit them out an inning. Its not just the fact they do that, the main coaches son, left the pitchers mound crying because he walked about 9 batters straight. He yells at kids for missing ball and I never heard the words good job come out of his mouth.

They had some poor kid in the game for just one inning today. He sat on the bench while the three sons stunk up the infield. They never had any fundemental drills in practice, also never went through pitching mechanics. You cant just put the ball in someones hand and say throwq it over the plate. Wouldnt you think they would notice they other team seems so much more advanced?

I coached last year, and thats what makes this harder. I made sure all kids had even playing time and were not stuck in LF every game. I offered to show the asshole some simple practice drill to teach the fundementals of the game to the newer players....I was ignored.

Heres to rushing home two hours early, two days a week just so my some could go play for a coach he hates. I wish I could let him stop....but quiting on a TEAM never seemed like an option to me.

It's mandatory that each kid plays atleast 2 innings and gets 1 at bat.(If not) He must start the next game.

Heh, it happens no matter where ya are, 9 times out of 10 the coaches little fuckin shitneck son will get more opportunties and still act like a little prick and fuck up EVERY play. And the coach will take still take their side and fuck over the best hitter... oops... Got a little bit bitter there..

The same thing happened to my son his very first year playing little league. The coach never taught the kids anything and my poor kid knew nothing. It was pretty damn embarrassing when the coach told my son to go play right field...he trotted off and then came back and said, "Um, excuse me...where's right field?" I guess they all just assumed that the kids knew what they were doing, but my poor little guy just got picked on. They never gave them any fundamentals...NOTHING. And it was the same way with the basketball coach. These are first graders we're talking about here.

The second year, different town, different coach. Coach was much better, tried to work with him, encouraged the kids, even yelled at another coach for being a dick to his kids.

The whole experience pretty much soured him on sports. Now if he sucks the first time, he won't even try it again. Kinda sad, huh?

Not quite sure how to take that, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you're not calling my son pathetic.

Sweet, that is why I wont let my son quit the team, Im affraid he will be turned off on competition in general. I know he enjoys baseball, last year when I was coach he asked me everyday when the next game was. I was very excited to start again this spring. I cant coach because of a new job and I cant promise to be there for every single game. I also thought he would have more fun on the field without his old man harping on him. I was 100% wrong.
