I find out they did it like this: The Warehouse Manager position still exists, what they did was CREATE a new position/title, give it to my dad.. it doesn't change a thing about what his job description is, or what he's responsible for.. Then they eliminate the new position after they assign him to it. His ACTUAL job is still necessary.. they just created a fucking FICTION so they had an excuse to let him go!!
