If hers is the only name on the lease, it may be time to find a new place. If BOTH your names are on the lease, then you've got problems. I spoke with my lawyer about it and so long as I am up front with the police and do not have any illegal narcotics in my room, which I have nothing to do with other than legal shit, I have nothing to worry about. Unless he pays you rent and adds his name to the lease, he really has no right to even be there permanently (and your roomie should know this) Call the cops, and anonymously clue them in to the fact that he's pulling this shit, and get his sorry ass arrested. And if you want some other advice, tell them that your roomie is aiding and abetting him. Possession is nine tenths of the law, and therefore, they can both get into some serious shit.
