FU to Age --- for striking the elderly and make'n them suffer more and more each day as their brain loses more and more. Today at 3:30am I got a call from my mother that my almost 90yr old (on 7/4/01) fell down a flight of stairs and was rushed to the trama center in Newark.

Fu to Time -- for never have'n enough to really tell the ones who mean so much to you, that you love them. Before you know it the time has passed.

"We all need... a haven. A sanctuary. A place to hide. A place to escape. A place to dream and hope. A place... where the darkness won't be so frightening. But for some, the darkness is a relentless enemy. It cannot be eluded. And once the darkness senses your fear; once it senses your pain, it is never far behind. I can empathize with these people. I can understand their futility. I can forgive their hopelessness. I feel their pain. Quote the Raven, nevermore."

I hear ya man. All of my grandparents are going through extreamly tough times. Not only does it hurt to see them suffer, but what hurts even more is to see my parents spend so much of their time worrying.

Fuck, Raven. I just watched my verile, active,
smart-as-a-whip grandmother deteriorate from
Alzheimer's. I literally watched her turn from the most
independant and active woman of her age I had ever
seen to the equivalent of a 84-year-old toddler. God
help me, I know how you feel. I love my grandma.

Trying to be a good
little newbie since 5-31-01
