Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00	F U for selling me a defective burner, me wasting @ 25 disks then wanting me to PAY for shipping when you KNOW your product is defective!! THEN I finally send you my burner for repair, you receive it OVER A MONTH ago and NOW it can't be located! F U to your shitty customer service for giving me the run around for the past 3 weeks. Enjoy your report to the BBB and if I lived in CA you'd be taken to court for breach of contract. I just can't believe all the things people say. Why must I deal with this shit every fucking day. grr i can't stand this broken line stuff.

O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00	that sux Lybeday companies like that just don't give a shit bout you. they have so many other customers that 1 just don't make a differance. but i hope all this is straightened out. a good burner is a very good thing to have. Psychopath Registered: Sep. 00	Well the only advice I can give you is buy a PLEXTOR. The best burner you can buy. Comp-U-Plus.com and Mwave have great customer service. Good luck
