While i was sick for a month i didnt smoke because i couldnt and i was like hey i dont wanna smoke but it was cause i was in so much pain and discomfort i didnt want anything. I started smoking last week again and i am back to a pack a day now. I am stressed myself now so the time, energy and willpower to quit just aren't available to me now. But it's definetly something i need to do and so do you man. Not only for our own health but others and not you whining second hand smoke fearing cunts. But for our loved ones man. My wife has been smoke free for 5 years and she says you never get over that urge. It's just a matter of not lighting it. You're only human. Just walk away from it now. oh and since you're a civilian now (and I don't have to worry about being beat down by you for it), I just thought I'd take this opportunity to say : FU NJDude. I actually went from 14 years of smoking 2+ packs a day to cold turkey quit. Hypnosis helped take the edge off. Still smoke free 5 1/2 years later. Good luck to you all.
