| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01  | A big FU and kiss my tired fucking ass to traffic around the Tapanzee Bridge. I drive back from Bahstan today and make it to White Plains in 3 hours. Then I have to sit for 1 1/2 fucking hours to go six miles just to get on the bridge due to a truck fire. Wednesday, I blow an hour crawling from the toll booth to I-684. And that Gah damn contruction. Are they ever going to fucking finish it? Better yet, are they ever going to make any progress and at least make it look like they are accomplishing something??? o&aswallow Recognized His Destiny Early. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Aug. 00 | i came down from upstate yesterday and traffic came to a crawl from exit 11 on over the bridge and continuing. i got off at exit 9 tarrytown, so i don't know how far it went, but it seemed really f-ing pointless. traffic sucks. especially when the a/c doesn't work and you're relying on a 2x50 cooling system like i was. and the worst part was it was just about 2 o'clock, so o&a weren't even on yet. big f-u to tappan zee traffic. i heartily agree.  darthziggy@opieanthony.com I'm off to Franklin Pierce College in September. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | I make a commute from Long Island up to Rockland once a week. I have found that the best time to cross the Tap. is before 7-7:30am or after 8pm. I usually blow right through.  | ||||
