And you can go at least 15 miles per hour through the damn thing. If you want to stop go in another lane and throw your damn 35 cents into the basket. Now get out of my fucking way! | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | Hey jackass. If you go over 5 miles an hour, you get a warning. Either 2nd or 3rd offense you get a ticket and than after that you can lose your EzPass. I have heard people get tickets for driving between 10-15 miles an hour through it. They are cracking down because people drive 45 or over through it and make it dangerous for the workers. | ||||

I happen to be one of those EZPass people and the next time you think I'm driving too slow, why don't you speed up and hit my car from behind. That way I can sue your sorry ass for everything you're worth (which can't be much) and own your family til they die off. The Port Authority and the NJDOT have laid down new laws about speeding through the tolls. I'm not gonna risk my tag or license because you're late for your date with your boyfriend. So relax, 30 extra seconds on the tolls aren't gonna kill you.  Into each person's life a little pain must fall. I'm just here to administer it. | ||||

What's worse are the ones at the bridges that get "Toll unpaid, call EZPass" and they stop, pick up their phones and call them right there at the tolls. snoteater - It's not really a matter of giving into their demands. I could toss my ezpass out the window and use the regular lanes but I use the GWB everyday to go to and from work. The convienance of using EZpass saves me 20 minutes on average of waiting at those fn tolls as the retarded toll takers take their time between donuts to collect the money. It's a matter of convienance and the lessor of two evils. I'd rather slow down for 20 seconds then deal those asshole toll takers. Johnslack - If you rack up the violations, you pay in the end. First violation is a warning. second violation, you lose ezpass for 60 days. third you lose it for 6 months, fourth 1 year. So FU to you and Snoteater for not knowing what the eff you're talking about. Into each person's life a little pain must fall. I'm just here to administer it. | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | I think the real FU should go to the morons who go into the ez pass lane without an ez pass tag, and then hold up the lane for 20 minutes while the toll guy comes over to write him a ticket. i got stuck behind one of those guys a couple times and it makes you want to get out of your car and just break their winshield for their stupidity. I was going over the GWB and all the lanes were backed up except for EZPASS. some dickbag decides to cut out into the ezpass lane, move up 4 cars, and cut back in. of course the lane isn't moving so he can't get back in and he is stuck, backing up the 1 ezpass lane that is empty ahead of him. god damn I almost had a coronary. i just started fucking screaming at him. you should have seen his face! Also, you can't get points on your license. The EZPass isn't tied to the NJ Police, yet. The only reason its 5 mph is so the toll takers who get breaks and have to cut across the lanes of traffic don't get hit. If anyone gets down to Atlanta, their EZpass system lets you go full speed through the tolls, so the technology is there, NY/NJ just chooses not to use it. Also if you listened to the reports of how they are going to give out warnings, they said there would be lead way above the 5 mph. Don't take this crap so damn seriously. Lighten up, Francis! | ||||
