| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Aug. 00  | Hey guys, I just wanted to see if there is any game plan for what has to be done when syndication goes through and we start getting flooded with new bastards...my AIM does not work when I am at work which is from now until around 6 or 7 so I can only be reached via email. I also can't log in to the admin screen, that is if we have our powers back anyway. Well, I just wanted to say what's up to all you fuckers and check in on the mashroom too...talk to you all later... I was the only one logged in all morning and it was a mess with all the speculation and first time posters starting topics. I, also, do not have AIM at work (firewall). But, I do have ICQ. I know not many people use ICQ, but I have heard from several people that this is the best way around a firewall. Corpse, maybe you should try it. I know Froy has a number, and I think Opak has one. No one ever seems to use it, but for those of us that would like to communicate through "IM" at work, this may be a way to increase our cohesiveness in dealing with the hordes of barbarians massing at the gates of OA.com. So, anyway, Corpse, your Mom really smells lately. Can you please see if she'll change her diet?  | ||||

And from what I understand we're going to be up to our necks in shit. I'm tossing around a few ideas, but I haven't decided on anything definite yet. There is the possiblity of a new mod or two, but I haven't made up my mind about who or when. Don't start giving me suggestions now either... We're going to need some good keep the newbie's in line techniques. The adoption agency, newbie-sign in all help. But I don't know if they can handle the traffic that we will get from syndication. On top of all this is my worry that with the new traffic we're going to need to pull a server switch, which is something that we cannot afford.
