If it's actually creating the picture then you need an editor like say photshop or photodeluxe etc, etc. It's not like anyone draws these. You find a picture work on it maybe make it out of several different pictures. As far as uploading well that's simple as well i'm sure whatever you use wether aol, tripod, or geocities it's pretty simple. As far as implementing the picture into you profile just go to view/update profile and place the address of the sig using plain HTML code into the signature box. The syntax for the HTML picture code can be found in the FAQ.
