| O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 00  | Cape man charged with having sex with teen-ager By BOB REDDY, breddy@news-press.com CAPE CORAL — Lee County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl with the permission of her mother. Joseph Quinn, 39, 3723 S.E. 17th Ave., was charged with five counts of lewd battery. According to sheriff’s reports: Quinn was smoking crack cocaine June 5 with the girl and her mother, Stacy Lynn Nihipali, 30, of Northeast 23rd Place. Quinn asked Nihipali if he could perform oral sex on the girl and she agreed. This occurred in front of Nihipali the first time and on four other occasions, including once at the girl’s grandmother’s home. Quinn is being held at the Lee County Jail where bond will be set today. Nihipali was charged Monday with two counts of child abuse and neglect. Sheriff’s deputies say she provided her daughter with the crack and had sex with men in front of her daughter. She remains in jail on $10,000 bond.
