I thought I saw him cook that once.

While I enjoyed his style, his cooking show used to make me lose my appetite. (Hey, I'm from the NE). I had never seen a "Chef" cook in a garbage can before him.

LMAO. Since I've been living in the NorthEast, I've heard many people talk about dietary restrictions imposed by religious beliefs. This is an amusing concept to me. In Louisiana, if they can catch it, then it's going in the pot. If it don't fly, swim, or run fast enough, it's dinner. And yes, cook it in the biggest pot possible...
