| O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Actually, NY usually rises to the occasion. for example, never has a victory parade (Yankees, Rangers, etc.) turned violent, the way it did in other major cities (such as Detroit and Denver). The first WTC bombing new yorkers bonded together. In a real crisis, people here usually help each other. I only wish it would happen on other occasions, as well. | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | Today was an absolutely horrible day. The one thing that made me so sad was to see everyone working together and helping each other out. No one was divided by race, religion, gender, or anything... everyone was joined by a common bond... we are all americans. The one thing i saw on the news that i will never forget was this older man who fell down, and these two guys went back to help him to his feet and escort him to safety. That was so beautiful. As disturbing as this whole thing is, i am so proud of the way everyone has been handling it. I love you all, and my heart goes out to everyone.
