| O&A Board Veteran Registered: May. 00  | ok the last couple of responses bring to mind another problem here. why must every thread that is serious or borderline serious turn into a fight about something that had no reason to be mentioned in it in the first place. example...the topic is, what bothers you about oa.com, not, what happened and who did what at the softball game. the task at hand is trying to explain whats wrong with the board itself. not, well this happened at the softball game, so thats the reason i dont post anymore. with that type of logic then one could say that if there were no parties at all, there would be no problems on the board, and we know that is far from true. i know its difficult sometimes around here, but lets please try and stay on the topic at hand, and please everyone here, re-read vg's post again, memorize it and recite it to yourself every single day, it can only help, believe me Across the field you see the sky ripped open See the rain through a gaping wound Pounding on the women and children Who run Into the arms Of America-U2 | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: May. 01 | There's really not much I'd change... Well okay, I agree that there should be a separate forum for the "News of the Day". I understand wanting to know other's perspectives on world events, and having a forum for that wouldn't be bad. Aside from that everyone here has treated me with kindness and respect. Yeah, I know it's mainly bcz Flock was here before me and earned it, but still no one has put me in a situation where I felt like I was being shit on... Okay, I guess there's only one thing that has directly effected me that occurred on this board. Props to the mod though who took it upon himself to call my house to personally straighten out the situation before it got out of hand. Believe me it would have. I haven't had the chance to speak to or thank him directly since he spoke to Flock, but he knows who he is and he did a stand up thing. Thank you.

Nice sig. by the way a while back I would have been pissed I am sure but you have to take things for what they are. I was having a good time with people who's company I enjoyed so F it. Cameras however are bad, bad things. I don't post here ever anymore and they are so many reasons but mainly I agree with Sean. Back in the day whether it was good or bad it was interesting and people had intense feelings towards the board. It got real ugly and angry and hysterical all at the same times. Looking back on it though it was always way too much fun. I am positive I brought a whole shit load of negative to the board but that was what I was feeling at the time and getting people (Up) angry was my motivation. I think the people who used to be here and post regularly lost interest because there is not much going on as far as I see. At least not anywhere near what it used to be. I mean how ridiculous and insane was it most of the time? It always made me laugh or get real pissed and to stay interested in something like this it has to be giving you some sort of feelings. Now it just seems like you read through the posts and that's about it. There's not much to say. Everything else like adoption and status's whatever I have no idea I am not here. It's just not interesting to me at least anymore. I liked the drama. I liked the sense of friendship but also those enemies for who even knows why?? It was fun here even when I was pissed and everyone hated me it was at least interested. I like talking to my Mom so I would not consider that a bad thing but licking Ilovemywoodfloors C would be more fun than this place. That's all. Bye.  | ||||

| O&A Board Veteran Registered: May. 00 | i dont remember saying anything bad about you. dont remember jumping on any bandwagons either. im just sticking up for a friend which im sure has happened to you in the past. but you can knock me for doing it, you can even tell my life story too, I dont really care to tell you the truth. everyone in their life does what they do to get by, im no different and neither are you. I, for one, am tired of making judgements about people and their actions. Im tired of the pettiness that goes on here over events that happened in the past. nobody on this board is above reproach, including me. I have said and done things in the past around here that when i look back, im not proud about. so have you, so has everyone.
