| O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | This deserves to go to the top, plus I have comments to add... Isn't the immediate bashing the whole reason we started adoption a little while back? Does the overwhelming positive response mean that adoption might need to get going again? TTB - you learned how to post? Did I miss it? Have you forgotten it since? Personally, my remedy for this problem has been to pretty much avoid General Discussion. Don't really want to have to do it, but there are so many redundant/moronic/horrible posts in there that it's just not worth visiting anymore. You could tool on them for hours there, cause one newbie says something, then 20 newbies who have never poked their heads out of GD (or their ass) jump on said newbie...it's not worth reading, visiting, replying.... so I stick to the OT forums, mostly. There are too many people around here with a Mod Mentality and enjoy bossing and bashing people because they think the Mods are "on their side". Just remember people, the Mods may be your friends, but they have responsibilities around here that need to be taken care of. And if you continue your actions, for the good of the board you probably should get your ass kicked out of here. We want to grow, don't impede our progress.
