To keep everyone updated, I've made the site live a few days early, so that you can help spread the word for the first round. It would be great if any of you guys could post the link on any other message boards you might frequent, or send the link along in emails to your friends. But we are live and ready to go. Have fun! TELEVISION & MOVIE COLLEGE FINAL FOUR TOURNEY - VOTE TODAY! http://clearstage.com/collegetv ------------------------------------------- I'm working on a project that some of you might be interested in. It's a 64 team tournament to decide who is the champion of the ficticous college world. For example, we've got Faber College (Animal House) and Adams College (Revenge of the Nerds) as 2 of the #1 seeds. Others include Grand Lakes University (Back to School), PCU, Krusty's Clown College (Simpsons) etc. We'll do 4 first round games at a time and users will vote to decide who are winners. It will be much like RoadtoSpringfield.com that was up and running last year. I'm still in the developmental phase, but I thought maybe you guys might want to give me some feedback, like schools that have been missed. So if you feel like checking it out, drop by http://clearstage.com/collegetv . And if you'd like, you can just add schools I've missed to this thread. | Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | Shit, someone has waaay too much time on their hands to come up with that many schools. Not to be a dick, but the Buffy school is Sunnydale, not Sunnyvale. The one in the Waterboy was the S.C.L.U. Mud Dogs (but I'm not sure what it stands for, possibly Southern Community Lousiana University). Gotta Love the "Big State" from He got game. You would think a guy like spike lee would be able to do better. How about Indiana from "Hoosiers"  | ||||
