I sort got my revenge now that the people that were making fun of me are bascailly all in Jail because they are low life shit heads.. :) Like with Columbine One of the kids was driving a BMW and mommy and daddy just spolied him and were never home.. I mean that kid had a loaded shotgun in his garage when the police raided the house. :( I hate the people that blame Video Games and Music.. That is nothing but cop-outs for the parents to teach thier children right from wrong. They blamed Judas Priest in the 80's for the 2 kids that commited suicide and nowadays it;s Maryln Manson and Quake and everything else... I want to know what music John Wayne Gayse listened to when he killed all those people.. Or even better Did Hitler play Quake 3 before he commanded the death of millions of jewish people during the 30's and 40's. | Psychopath Registered: Mar. 01 | Bartman you could not me more right. I am in High School in cracker ass whitebread suffolk county and even i know you have to join a gang not to be picked on. Well not a gang just more of a group(Thugs, preps/racists, punks, scrubs, freaks/juggalos). I myself are a freak/juggalo. What we lack in numbers we make up for in crazyness. I know at least 5 people who bring in knives on a daily basis. And us high school kids have to know the high school politics in and out. The preps have a silent alliance with the thugs and the punks have a secret alliance with the freaks/juggalos. And scrubs(white trash, mexicans) are basically mercaneries who people try to win over with gifts and what not. And with the invention of the paintball gun getting picked on has come to a whole new level. whenever you even bump into somebody in the hall there is possibilty of you, your friends, or your house being shot up. my house has been shot 3 times this year by the thugs(wiggers). I hope to god that it just stays at the level we are at now and doesn't get higher. but who knows in 20 years kids can be going to school with c4 in their backpack. i am too stupid too know how to put up a pic so i just write this | ||||

| Psychopath Registered: Mar. 01 | I think getting picked on has a lot to do w/the shootings. But i agree w/all of you that say its not just that. A lot of tv violence does too. I will admit, i've kinda thought about doing something about gettin picked on. Not to the extreme of shooting someone, but close enough. One of the major drives is how hollywood glorifies violence. So if someone were to shoot up a school, they'd look like a vigilante, but still doin the "rite" thing. They'd be "avenging" somethin that happened to them. | ||||

I can't believe that there were no "signs" that these children were displaying prior to these awful acts. Pointing fingers isn't going to solve the problems the American family is facing today. Its open communication, understanding and accepting diversity! Parents and Teachers need to co-exist in order to discourage the tormenting that occurs in the classroom as well...children can be cruel...  | ||||

I feel that some children do get influenced by the violent telivision shows , music , etc... and parents play a very big part in this whole mess and yes it is true that parenting doesn't come with a rule book , but that is just a cop out and parents should play that significant role that they are intended to play! The role they HAVE to play! It is not just the teachers job to socialize and teach children , the first teacher of the child is the PARENT! The teachers try to help out as much as they can ... they put in many years of study in order to better themselves and the world's future and what are they repayed with , a very small salary each year , possible unsettled salaries causing strikes , and maybe possibly getting shot? Who would want to make a living like that ... it would be easier if children were not desensitized to the violence and lack of parental involvement! But I agree with you on many things! | O&A Board Regular Registered: Sep. 00 | School shootings are becoming routine in White suburban america now, where as school shootings in the big cites are becoming rarer. I don't know the cause of these shootings or what drives a kid that was picked on to reach that point either. I got picked on in school myself, mainly because of my tourette syndrome, but I never brought a gun to school because not only would that really scare people who never did anything to me or it's cowardly, but my dad would call me a pussy and beat me to a pulp. If I had a problem with a kid that picked on me, we settled it in the school yard. But now, I'm doin better on the food chain, and I'll tell ya what, it feels good when you're doin better than the people who were better off are on welfare.
