| O&A Board Veteran Registered: Oct. 00  | With the constant hostility between board members , board admins felt somthing had to be done. They all realized that board get-to-gethers were often quite popular, and brought people together. However, the admins felt that somthing different was in order. There had been pool tourneys, bangings, public bannings, and just plain 'ol parties. After hours of thinking, toiling, and watching professional croquet on ESPN 2, they finally came up with a gem: A day-long board picnic! For the first time, board members would be able to bring their families/significant others/hostages/'young lovers' to a board get-to-gether. One thing led to another and the board was about to hold it's first ever Board picnic. Things were going great. All the mods showed up (All in their sunday best), nearly 200 members were showing up, and Magus had prepared his very special Raven Chowder. Before the festivities started, the mods took part in some "Team building exercises," Which included: "Blind Folded banning," and some other more common exercises such as: "Three legged thread editing."   One by one, board members started showing up. Such dignitaries included: Grumpy (Accompanied by his lovely wife and chlid),  CriticsLoveSnatch, BrokenJaw, Fn Moron, Rookie, Tequilla, JustJon, WNEW's Girl, Kingpin, Ronreddog showed up with his wife,  and even I showed up, decked out in my usual attire...  Board members with young children were not to be afraid. Gonzostyle was nice enough to take on the task of managing the day care center.  Things were going great, jokes were being exchanged, drinks were being drunk, souls were being sold, but things got even better when Froy stood up and announced that the softball game would be taking place. As expected, almost everyone rushed to the field.  After the game was over (which was won by Joey Bigarms using his massively large arms to make a diving catch in the final inning), and the participants were sittin around chatting, everyone was stunned to see Lord Magus driving up in his famed "Fagmobile." As he jumped out of the car, with a big grin on his face, everyone scurried around the car, looking in and gawking and it's amazing capabilities.  The rest of the day was spent doing smaller activates such as :The Best Knock411 joke contest, and Buttmunch's story telling time, in which he would tell the audience of great salad-tossing experiences. Other activites included: Hide and go fuck yourself, Where's the Movie Forum? The always popular Capture the Fag (won by who else but 500PostKing), and finally a rousing game of Name that Newbie. The day was over, parents collected their bruised and battered children, everyone said their goodbyes, and the day was over. Finally, it was just the mods, left with the daunting task of cleaning up the aborted fetuses, feces, and urine samples, all of which would be auctioned off at the board auction...  See My Sig Pics!
