| Hanger-On Registered: May. 01  | In light of the supreme court decision, i was wondering if there is anyone in the USA who really belives pot should be illegal? After all, not only is it medicinally benificial, but it is substantially better than alchohol and tobacco. How come this issue is never raised in a serious matter? | O&A Board Regular Registered: Dec. 00 | Just something to ponder...before the "hippy" generation used it as a main part of their subculture and it was blamed for the society's "immorality", thereby making it bad and illegal, it was once a legal drug. You could grow some plants in your backyard. It was never really discussed, it was just there...People have short memories :( Prohibition did not work in regard to alcohol...it's definitely not working with pot Secondly, how can you make a plant that just about anyone can grow illegal?
