We're having creative differences. I'm creative, you're different. I see you've set aside this special time to humiliate yourself in public. You sound reasonable...Time to up my medication. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Oct. 00 | I saw that at the end, I decided to watch the Series finalie of Third Rock from the Sun and was really dissapointed. They just turned into light and dissapeared. Okay, since we know Buffy will be back next year on UPN, we know she's not dead. They will probably have something with Angel feeding from her being the easy out for her return. And that moment at the end of Angel was great. Im just gonna wait to see what lame way they bring her back from the dead =p | ||||

| O&A Board Regular Registered: Nov. 00 | I have Faith in Joss Whedon not to do some lame storyline. When a SISTER showed up on the show, I thought he lost it. It was inconsistent with everything, but he made a great story out of it! I loved the fact that Giles was ruthless and did what he knew needed to be done. And the "No she couldn't. Never, She's a real hero you see." line. Awesome. I almost hope the rumor is true and they will give him his own spin-off series "Ripper" about him in London. And Wesley was great at the end of Angel. That "If you try to save them all, you'll get them all killed." line to Gunn was great. Really getting out from under his father's shadow. Two questions they never resolved was where was Buffy's DAD the whole time? And What about Wolf, Ram, and Heart? We're having creative differences. I'm creative, you're different. | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | I agree, it was great but I remember hearing rumors that like every major character from the past would show up (e.g. Faith, Drusilla, Mayor, Darla, Principal Snyder, etc.) but it was still an amazing finale. Same with the end of Angel. As for Angel v. Dark Angel, while Jessica Alba is REALLY hot the show kinda blows. Angel, on the other hand, is a great show. | Psychopath Registered: Oct. 00 | Awesome finale...but I can't believe she's dead. It would be incredibly lame for Angel to bring her back, but I don't want her to be dead. Sara Michelle Gellar has said in the past few years how she hates doing TV and wants to do movies full time, but I haven't heard anything about her leaving the show. Maybe they're gonna bring in a new slayer. Maybe Faith...or maybe Dawn has what it takes to be a new slayer...then again, when a slayer dies, a new one comes in. So even if Buffy comes back, there'll be a new slayer (remember the Haitian chick from season two who came in after Buffy "died" and came back at the end of season one?). Anyway, couldn't they have just killed off that annoying Xander and his annoying (even though she's a piece of ass) girlfriend? As for Angel, the finale (and the last two or three episodes) sucked. They have to get back to the dark LA mood, along with Wolfram and Hart...that's when the show was at it's best. And does anyone know if the show is definitely following Buffy to UPN in the fall? And you have to hate WB for doing everything they could to make people believe the show was over just because it's leaving their stupid network. What a bunch of idiots for letting the show go in the first place. I guess they don't like the idea of white people watching the WB. Dark Angel...great show, Jessica Alba is hot...but she can't act her way out of a wet paper bag. Her acting is so horrible it takes away from the show. Same for her dyke roommate ("Original Cindy don't take no crap from no one"...please...). | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Sep. 00 | I think that Faith is really the official slayer now and since she's not dead, there won't be another slayer and I loved the opening montage. I also thought Angel was best while in LA. As for the series next season...Angel is remaining on WB (WB Didn't let that one go) Mondays at 9:00 after 7th Heaven (perfect lead in show if you ask me...). WB will also have Smallsville, the story of a teenaged Clark Kent, Lois, Lana, etc. in Smallsville. Lex Luthor is also on the show as a childhood friend of Superman...and you folks complained about the X=Men movie. UPN will present Buffy Tuesday at 8 and is followed by Roswell, the WB cancelled show also picked up by WB. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Nov. 00 | I like the character of Xander because he's a geek who became more. And Anya can be really funny. I also like the idea that there will now be a possible third slayer; Buffy, Faith (who got her slay on when the haitian girl died), and now a new slayer. One idea I heard was that the "Doc" from the finally (old guy in a suit) will come back next season and resurrect Buffy as a force for evil and Spike will have to protect Dawn and help bring Buffy back to being Buffy. I always wondered why they don't use modern medicine to repeatedly kill and resurect Buffy (like they do for heart surgery) and create a huge army of slayers! ;) We're having creative differences. After Buffy died to the Master, it spawned Kendra who begot Faith who...anyway, there are going to be three slayers. I know Joss Whedon has come up with some really great storylines, but Im sorry I cant see bringing her back from the dead being anything but cheesy. | ||||
