As for working Saturday...I got a bit drunk after Breur and was unable to get out of bed at 5 am the next morning. Something was keeping me there. I am a true slacker! I mean, any computer job has its fair share of utter moron users, and mine is no exception, but the pay is definitely decent (especially at my age) and I don't really mind the 4 days NJ/1 day NYC commute. I have pretty much total control and a strong executive management team behind me. | O&A Board Veteran Registered: Dec. 00 | Wage, when I first started thinking aobut asking Mrs. Grumpy to marry me, a very dear and very very wise friend of mine, ask me to take a very simple test. One question. The result of the question can tell you if you're settling or if she's really THE ONE. Imagine you and your potential mate on a deserted island. You have all the food, water, shelter and things you need to physically survive. The catch is you may never be able to leave. There may be no rescue. So in theory, you are stuck with her /him for good with no outside contact to distract you. Here's the question : Can you spend the rest of your life on that island with this person and be perfectly happy for the rest of your life? If you have to think about it for more than 30 seconds or if you come up with "I'm not sure" or worse, a "NO", ask yourself WHY you didn't answer a definitive YES. Either he or she is not the right person or you have some issues you two need to work out before you make that kind of commitment. If you can come up with "YES" without hesitation or minimal thought, chances are you got the right one. Because ultimately, that's what happens, it's you and your mate together, most of the time alone, for the rest of your life and you have to be happy with each other. I could go on for pages with this, but I got a meeting in a few with a VP. We can continue this some other time. Have fun folks. I'll check in with you slackers later.
