You could still bat 11 people. I also have books tom keep the score in for the captains. Just let me know the name of the other team. I maybe late today, but tomorrow you'll still be stupid. I agree on the 4 outfielders definetly like i said my team will have a DH and i am guessing we can go with both team having DH's. and we have the field for a while. So this is what sean and i had planned. A 1 hour practice and stretching period. Where people can warm up, practice throwing/catching and take batting practice. Then we will probably have time for two 7 inning games. with a break between the games for food and what not so EVERYONE will get to play. Unless we don't like you hence we will bench you for shits and giggles. Buttmunch and myself will work out all the particulars. We just need a complete roster by staurday or sunday at the latest. Then we will go over everything and get a draft going by monday or tuesday and have teams set up by next thrus or friday at the latest. We are covered for 1b, Rf, Lf, and most OF positions. We need more pitchers, catchers, Umpires, 2nd and 3rd basemen and CF. As far as scoring Daisy volunteered but that can be worked out. As far as names My team name will be "The Kid Touchers" or "The Molestors" versus well BM hasn't given a name yet but i reccomend "The Salad Tossers" but it is up to him. Thanks to drunken GW for the bases and if you have extra supplies please bring em. Like bats, gloves and whatnot. If people can't afford a bat i am sure we can share. As far as jersey's go that will have to be worked out cause it was seans idea and we'll work that out and have an answer by the end of the week. You can choose your number I have number 3 and Raven called 9. But don't call numbers for now cause people may want the same number and we should wait till we know who is on what team for multiple number answers. cause we all know there is gonna be fights over who gets number 69, lol. I estimate jerseys to run between 20-30 bucks. i will look into it further i used to work for an embroidery store. | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Since I've been told it's okay, I am adding another name to the draft list. The wife, who is probably best known as Mrs. Moosen since she hasn't posted yet under her board name, wants to play as well. See Grk, there's another female added to the list. :) I saw we are pretty much set for a few positions, but she mentioned these in order she would like to play: OF, 1B, or P so if they become open she is ready to play there. I know the coaches don't know her that well, but I can vouch that she is an okay player. If she proves me wrong I'll kick her ass for ya. So, I'm sorry I haven't been contributing to this thread. But, I'm open to suggestions. Personally, I will welcome all "significant others" who would like to get involved. I'll be on any team for any position ((I prefer SS, or outfield)) I will continue my female family tradition of sucking at sports... so who ever wants me on their team, just let me know and i'll buy a jersey -- i prefer #2 ((insert shit jokes here guys)) and zooty and anyone else w/ lefty gloves -- find me and let me know if i can borrow one for the game. i think this'll be a lotta fun =)
