I owe about $20 in late fees at Blockbuster, so i havent gotten anything lately.

But if that settlement goes thru, free rentals for me. Bet the fuckers will still want to collect though....

I recently rented PAtriot Games for the first time. It started off OK but became too cliched and predictable especially neaar the end. Hunt for Red October was a lot better.

We haven't rented anything in like years. We have over 300 channels and TEN (The Erotic Network) channel. With those who needs to rent? LMAO Ohh come to think of it we haven't been to the movies in a while either...I chalk that up to the ability to download movies before they are even released in this country...god I love the fucking internet...LMAO

I absolutely love just renting movies! Two days ago, I rented (after the heavy Ocars play) Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. I liked it but I do not think it deserved all that it got.

Dana...Quills was good? I wanted to see that in the theaters but no one would come with me. :(

I rented the Shawshank Redemption for the first time, and it was very good. Hard to believe that Steven King wrote it.

And Kid and Corpse...I agree with ya...Anti-Trust was good!!

I went to Blockbuster to rent a movie, and they had a $2.00 off all pre-viewed movies deal. So I got "Ready to Rumble" and "X-Men" for about 30 cents more than it would have cost to rent them. Ready to Rumble blows, unless you have a lot of illegal substances in your body, just to warn you.

i haven't rented a movie in about 7 years, i used to work in a video store so i have an extensive collection. Plus i am building up my DVD collection now.

So i technically rent from myself so i watch scarface yesterday for the 5 thousandth time on DVD. I watched devil in a blue dress this morning with denzel washington great flick if you like mystery movies kinda reminds you or the old dashill hammet and raymond chandler mystery flicks of the 30's and 40's very very reccomended.

Dana, we think alike! I just rented those same films... they were both great. I especially loved Quills. I'm becoming a big fan of Joaquin Phoenix.

Like Gonzo I am trying to build a DVD collection. The last two I got were:
One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest: Read the book a few years ago, liked that better but still a pretty good movie.
Apocaplypse Now: Great movie. Never saw it before and the way it was filmed is just as good as or better than anything i have seen lately.
My next one is going to be Scarface. I've never actually seen the whole thing. I was going to buy it last week but never got around to it.

hey pervert, you (and others) should know that Coppola released a new cut of Now with like an hour extrafootage placed in the original cut, it's supposed to be great. Miramax is releasing it to the public this summer. The redone trailer is online.
