I'm a newbie myself but I think the information in this thread ---> Visit this Website might be of some help. The mods and adopters are very easy to get along with and are more than willing to help if you don't give them attitude.

Ok.. I admit some folks may not go to GD often so you may have missed this.. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt this time...

Show some patience and common sense. The board is only going to get bigger. Most potential problems could easily be fixed on the level of the individual member. Show a little patience and common sense and you'll find that a lot of these problems will be easier for the mods & admins to handle, and things will run a lot more smoothly.
