| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 01  | You can get your movies, songs, programs, etc, on Gnutella... but it's not as easy as Napster. Until Limewire came around. Now GNUTELLA is as easy to use as NAPSTER. Just hit "connect" and wait a few minutes for it to automatically connect to the servers. Then have fun! | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Limewire is great I have it but I prefer CuteMX and FileShare(FIleNavigator, MyNapster, they have different names but its alls the same) because they allow you to resum the download if it is stopped this is great if your are downloading a movie and the person youre downloading from goes off. I get Giganews ( giganews.com ), and for $12 a month I can download up to 3 GIGs of porn, videos, songs, software, whatever... | O&A Board Regular Registered: Jan. 01 | Well with anything where you transfer files there is a risk. First don't download anything with a .vbs at the end. That is a virus. Also watch out for .kak that is a kak worm. For example a file might look like song.mp3.vbs, watch out out for that. And I haven't heard of people hacking into your system through a gnutella client. It's not too bad but it takes some getting used to it's a bit complicated when compared to napster. But i havent had a problem with it. Audiofind also isnt too bad, it's not like napster it's more of a web-site of mp3's not a file sharing community.
